Plymlink Care Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our", "the Agency") is a nurse and care staffing agency based in Plymouth, Devon, supplying registered nurses, healthcare assistants and support workers to care homes and nursing homes. This policy explains how we collect and use personal information through this website, Plymlink.co.uk, and how you can contact us about it.
We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Our contact details are:

1. What information we collect
1.1 If you contact us or enquire about our services
If you fill in a contact or enquiry form (for example, as a care home enquiring about staffing), we collect the information you provide: your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
1.2 If you apply for work with us
If you submit a job application, register your interest, or upload a CV through the website, we collect the information you provide, which may include: your name, contact details, work history and qualifications, right-to-work status, and any other information you choose to include in your CV or covering message. If you are later engaged by us, we will collect further information as part of our standard pre-employment and compliance checks (references, DBS check, NMC registration for nurses, and so on) — this is explained separately in the compliance information we provide to workers at that stage, not on this website.
1.3 Automatically, through cookies and similar technology
Like most websites, we may use cookies or similar technology to make the site work properly and to understand how it is used (for example, basic visit and page-view analytics). See our Cookie Policy for details of what we use and how to control it.

3. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
Care homes and nursing homes we work with, but only once you have engaged with us as a worker and only to the extent needed to arrange and confirm a placement — not as a result of simply browsing or enquiring through the website.
Service providers who support our IT systems, website hosting, email, or payroll, under contracts that require them to protect your information.
Regulators, referencing services, or authorities such as the DBS, NMC, or HMRC, where relevant to statutory checks or legal obligations.
A professional adviser (for example, a solicitor or accountant) where necessary.
We do not transfer personal information outside the UK unless a supplier requires this, in which case we will ensure an appropriate safeguard (such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations) is in place.
4. How long we keep your information
Enquiry and contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and are then deleted or anonymised. Job application information for candidates we do not go on to engage is kept for a limited period (typically up to 12 months) in case a suitable role arises, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Information relating to workers we engage is kept in line with our internal Record Keeping & Retention Policy.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Ask us to correct inaccurate information
Ask us to delete your information, in some circumstances
Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing
Ask for your information in a portable format, in some circumstances
